Essential Oil Diffusers

Ultrasonic diffusers use water as a transference mechanism but do not rely on steam. Instead the oil sits on top of the water and ultrasonic vibrations are created to agitate the water causing the separation of the oil molecules and releasing the negative particles into the air with a fine mist.

Essential oil diffusers do humidify a room. But the amount may not be as much moisture added to the air as you want.

Each different type of diffusers differs in the way that it puts essential oils into the air, and each has different benefits.

The four categories include: nebulisers, ultrasonic or humidifying diffusers, evaporative diffusers, and heat diffusers.

There are plenty of benefits for using an ultrasonic diffuser. Primarily essential oils can promote neurotransmitter activity in your brain, and stimulate a release of the hormones, serotonin, and dopamine, leading to restful, uninterrupted sleep.
